You’ll sleep in comfort on a Savvy Rest—without worry about breathing in whatever your mattress is breathing out.

Toxic chemicals are used widely in the mattress and bedding industries today, and their long-term effects are worrisome. Scientists are concerned about their effects on the developing brains of children. Researchers at Harvard’s School of Public Health have described toxic chemicals in the environment as a "silent pandemic."

According to The Washington Post, federal agencies "often lack the authority and resources to monitor and control...[chemical] hazards. Of the nearly 80,000 chemicals regularly bought and sold today...fewer than 10% have been tested for their capacity to cause cancer or do other damage."

All Savvy Rest natural latex mattresses are made of natural latex foam rubber--not synthetic, hybrid or blended foam. The casings are made of certified organic wool and certified organic cotton. Our organic bedding, pillows, toppers and accessories complete your natural bedroom environment--for pure, safe sleep.

Customized comfort—for everyone

The benefits of natural latex include supreme comfort, support and pressure relief. This natural mattress will respond reliably to your weight and shape for many years.

A Savvy Rest layered mattress is made of 3" layers of natural latex. We'll combine up to four layers to create the support and cushioning your body needs. You can choose very firm, very soft, or anything in between—even on different sides. We'll guide you with targeted questions and tips throughout your organic mattress purchase.

Whether you need a super-soft top or extra-firm support—even both—your Savvy Rest natural mattress will be made just for you. No need for customization? Our organic wool-filled Pastoral mattress and Simple Fit line offer you more choices.

A lasting value

A natural latex mattress performs consistently for decades—natural mattresses made with these materials will outlast most conventional mattresses. Savvy Rest organic mattresses are backed by strong warranties and the best customer service in the business. You'll find our reputation for honesty, transparency, and respectful communication is widespread.

We look forward to helping you choose the perfect organic mattress!

What's Different About Savvy Rest?

You want a natural latex mattress made of pure and proven materials. You'd like to deal with a company that is known for its integrity and commitment to service.

And you want to invest wisely. You'll sleep on a Savvy Rest natural latex mattress for about 20 years—rather than two or even three ordinary mattresses. For quality, consistent performance, and durability, the real value is a Savvy Rest.

Why Savvy Rest? Five key commitments distinguish our company and our approach. Some mattress companies feature a few, but no other manufacturer offers them all.

Purest natural latex

We use only the purest natural latex, from trusted suppliers who have been independently tested and certified.

  • Vita Talalay by Radium. Our natural Talalay supplier has developed the highest-quality natural Talalaylatex foam available worldwide. Radium is committed to environmentally and socially responsible cradle-to-cradle manufacturing.
  • Dunlop by Cocolatex. Our Dunlop latex comes from Cocolatex, a company that has also gone extra miles for purity in materials and more sustainable manufacturing. Their rubber tree growing is certified organic as is their latex processing, and they’re committed to fair trade practices.

GREENGUARD Gold certification

Savvy Rest has achieved GREENGUARD GOLD Certification for mattresses, pillows, and mattress toppers. GREENGUARD Certified products are certified to GREENGUARD standards for low chemical emissions into indoor air during product usage. GREENGUARD GOLD certified products comply with stringent emission levels for over 360 VOCs (volatile organic compounds), a limit on the total of all chemical emissions combined, plus additional requirements for sensitive populations such as children and the elderly.
